Climate and Altitude
Set up in the hills, Eden Valley has a cool climate with lower temperatures than the Barossa Valley next door. The vineyards at higher elevations are much cooler than those lower down. Eden Valley is in South Australia’s Barossa Ranges, a little over an hour’s drive north-east of Adelaide. It neighbours Barossa Valley and together they make up the Barossa Zone.
Summer days are warm and sunny in Eden Valley with the temperature dropping at night. Winter requires coats and scarves, and often an umbrella too.
