Hills & Valleys Riesling is made from premium Riesling fruit sourced from both growers and our Estate vineyards.This wine is made with immediate enjoyment in mind, although 3-5 years in the cellar won’t do it any harm at all. Great with any foods with a hint of spice. Fresh, clean and bright the palate is chockfull of lemon,kaffir lime and stone fruit, the crisp acidity balancing the hint of residual sweetness nicely providing a clean and gentle finish.
