A blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc & 38% Semillon produced from both Estate grown and grower’s fruit. Ideal to enjoy as a young wine and is good with all sorts of seafood as well as some slightly spicier dishes.Drink this wine while it is young and fresh pairing it with all types of seafood, Thai style salt and pepper squid matches exceptionally well.   

The 2022 Valley’s End shows its sense of place in a truly delicious manner. Light tropical fruits are balanced by citrus and lemon curd, with a deliciously crisp and dry finish. Subtle aromas of citrus, green melon and crushed nettles along with a little tropical fruit and a touch of flint. The palate is crisp, fresh and dry with the tropical fruit flavours being contrasted by the citrus and herbal elements.
